Oyiks Alfred
​Oyiks Alfred fondly called Rev, is a clergy, an entrepreneur, a facilitator, a mentor, a productivity specialist, and an employment coach. She has been involved in human resources consulting for a decade and a half, with a proven track record of helping individuals and organizations improve their production processes while consulting for them.
​
As a minister of the gospel, she has been involved in hosting evangelistic programs for over two decades and has drawn hundreds of thousands into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Her meetings are characterized by deep and undeniable encounters with the Holy Spirit, which ignite revival in the lives of men and women.
​
She has worked successfully as a consultant for various high-profile organizations, both locally and internationally; gaining a reputation as an astute business professional. She is an International Conference Speaker and has addressed the United Nations Assembly at the United Nations international headquarters in New York, on productivity and employment challenges in Africa.

Oyiks is a graduate of The London School of Business and Finance. She also holds a first degree in sociology, a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration from the University of Nigeria Nnsukka, a master’s degree in Educational Planning and Policy from The University of Ibadan, and a certificate in Essential Management Skills from the international business management institute Berlin Germany.
She is an author with over eight books to her credit. Currently, she is the Vice-chancellor of The Truth hill university, the Managing Director, and principal consultant of N-gap, a human resource consulting firm.
She is the C.E.O. of Shakara Premium Brand, and the host of the My Secret Place devotional, a daily audio devotional with well over 1 million listeners in over 179 nations.

She is the founder and lead mentor of wigs (women in God's service). The convener of the Women Who Win conference, and also the Beyond the Surface Network, where hundreds of women have deepened their walk with God. She is happily married with four outstanding children and serves alongside her husband Dr. Alfred, as the head of operations at the Oak House Church with several branches located in Lagos Nigeria.
